Certain controlled substances have been decriminalized in the State of Oregon. This means that although it is not legal to have in your possession or consume any of these substances, it is no longer a crime. Oregon allows for a certain number of grams of psilocybin mushrooms to be in the possession of any one person without being a crime or with the potential penalty of $100. These controlled substances are still Federally illegal.
